I responded to a rental also and received exact same (word for word) in Redmond WA: Hello,

Thanks for your email and your interest in my Home, We personally own the house and we want our property to be well taken good care of, and they are some rules and regulation in which i do give out to tenant willing to rent my house, So please don't disrespect my order, But if you are still capable of renting my house the rules and regulation goes this way.

Tenant must keep our house clean including the surrounding, tenant must know the way to use the stove as to avoid fire outbreak, tenant must not disturb the Neighbour. We decided to rent out the property due to our transfer to West Africa on a Missionary Work, in a church called World Mission, So we are renting it out since we need someone to take good care of the property on our absent..this transfer is a temporary but will last for at least (4years+)..All kind of Pets are Allowed with no extra Deposit.

We are sincere, honest people and serious to rent the home while we are away, the keys and documents are with us here in West Africa...So we need to ship the keys before tenant can occupy the house

Hi. My name is Jennifer Wires. I'm looking to rent a place for beginning of August. This place would be perfect for me, however I'm unable to move so soon. I wanted to ask you, do you have many of these that come up for rent? Maybe I could contact you beginning of July and see?

A month after I rented I had a knock at the door and it was a lady and her disabled son saying she was to get a walk thru before moving in. I told her I was a new tenant and after calling my landlady we realized she had been scamed out of 1000 dollars. I was so sad for her. People are very bad to take advantage of a poor lady like that. She was heart broken and didnt have anyway to get her money back as she sent cash. I hope my advice of if the rent is 500+ lower than rent of all other properties in the neighborhood its a scam and to never send cash and never do business with someone you cant meet unless you are going thru a broker.

You are so right. I am going through the same exact thing now. Some guy posing as a landlord as a very nice home on craiglist to rent so I emailed him (Charlesstupack at yahoo). He gave me all the info on the house and sent me a rental application which of course I did fill out with all false information because his emails were too touching. Him and his wife is supposedly in malaria bidding on oil and he would send the keys to a friend in Kansas visiting his sick dad but then now he has decided to fedex the keys and documents but before he sends them he needs $600 as security deposit then I can pay the first month rent after I move in. He is waiting for the mtcn number from the money I am supposed to send through western union. Pity he doesn't know he's been punked. I call him charles s stupid instead of stupack. I love money too much to just hand it over like some drunk. CHARLES S STUPACK from malaria ...U HAVE BEEN PUNKED... PS.. Please everyone beware of people like this. These email and houses will just blow your mine but don't fall prey to them..

Yummy! and easy to make. I added 20 more minutes to the canning process because I'm at a higher altitude. It turned out perfect. My dad loved it and he doesn't like foods that are too spicy so this was perfect.

I was one of the people who purchased my home at the end of 2008 and received the 7500 "tax credit". I was fully aware that it was a zero interest loan that would have to be repaid. I was a little bitter when i heard of the 8000 dollar credit that would not have to be repaid for those who purchased homes a couple of months after mine. But the fact remains that i received a loan with zero interest and that was still a very good deal. So yes to answer your question i definitely agree that it is fair that i still must repay this "credit". What about the people who purchased homes just weeks before the tax credit I received had become available? Is it fair to them since they were offered nothing at all?
